The 2023 TWA Fall Harvest was a huge success. Officially, starting festivities on Friday with a dinner of 6 varieties of Wagyu hamburgers repaired by our own Chef Michael Scott. Then socializing into the evening with foot-stomping music from the Nathan Colt Young Band.
The next morning folks continued to pour. People doing research and previewing cattle. Next, we finished the morning with some more Wagyu lunch from Chef Michael Scott.
