Fall Harvest Sale 2025

It has come to our attention that information regarding the cancellation of the TWA Fall Sale has been publicized.

The Board of Directors of the Texas Wagyu Association are honored to serve our membership and remains committed to acting in the best interests of our community. Every decision we make is made with care, transparency, and a shared vision to foster long-term growth and value for our members.

Since its inception, the Fall Sale has been a meaningful part of our calendar and has brought many of us together with a shared passion for advancing the breed. We are truly grateful for the many memories, relationships, and milestones it has made possible. JDA has been an integral part of this sale from day one and done an incredible job at running these sales, we are grateful to have been able to work alongside JDA for these events.

However, In recent months, the Board has taken time to thoughtfully evaluate the overall financial impact of this event. Unfortunately, the Fall Sale does not offer any financial value to the TWA and the associated costs including hospitality, and event logistics have consistently exceeded its financial return. We believe it is time to re-create how we gather and promote our mission in a more financially sustainable manner.

This decision was made with careful consideration and heartfelt appreciation for the history of the event. It is not a reflection of past efforts, but rather a forward-looking step intended to strengthen our ability to support and serve all members effectively.

Once again, we want to thank JDA for their support and effort over the years. For any concerns or questions on this, please don’t hesitate to reach out the Texas Wagyu Association Board members.
